When we obtain client details such as email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses etc. in the course of our business activities :- Sales, E-zines, Mailing Lists etc. we will NEVER PASS ON those details to anyone else, without the client’s prior permission.

Where we run E-zines or Mailing Lists, to give out FREE information etc. requested by our clients, we will not send out hordes of emails, generally only one per week, rarely two emails in one week, (perhaps in cases where we want to notify our clients of a soon-expiring “Special Offer,” for example).

We take spamming very seriously indeed and we will not hesitate to bring people before the courts, if they are found to be spamming us.

NB Hackers Warning

One other area where we have ZERO TOLERANCE, is in the case of proven Software or Copyright Theft.

We will invariably pass on the full details to “FAST” -The Federation Against Software Theft, (who ALWAYS PROSECUTE known offenders.)

It is worth pointing out that in most US States, the courts take a dim view of this kind of activity and may hand down fines of up to $150,000 per incident, plus a 3 to 5 year jail term, plus substantial punitive damages.
